Presentation Night 2023

Last night marked the 14th annual presentation night for John Monash Science School. The JMSS orchestra and choir, under the direction of Head of Music, Mr. Sean Smyth, delivered a captivating musical medley from Phantom of the Opera. Principal Corkill then addressed the students, highlighting the school’s achievements in 2023.

Natalie Isborne, a parent representative on the School Council, emphasized improvements made possible by generous donations to the school’s building fund. Guest speaker for the night, ESV Director Luke Bohni, delivered an inspiring talk on seizing opportunities with his theme, ‘Put Your Hand Up.’

The evening featured numerous awards, reinforcing our school’s commitment to engaged education. Principal Corkill expressed confidence that these students, the Leaders of Tomorrow, will meet the challenges ahead. Congratulations to the 2023 year 12 graduates, joining over 2500 alumni, and becoming the 12th Cohort to successfully graduate VCE at JMSS. Their achievements inspire hope for success in their future endeavors.
