JMSS Calendar

Good morning team,
I propose we have our first steering committee meeting for ASF 2025 on Monday, the 24th of March, p5. This group of people invited will be the entire proposed steering committee, so it would be good to all be present for the overview of the event. Not everyone will need to attend every meeting in the future.
I know there are some teaching clashes with P5 on Monday, the 24th of March with Penny and James, but the joint availability of such a large group is very difficult to manage. So we will try to get some cover for you on that day - or if you need to be in class, we can have a discussion around your immediate points of involvement before the 24th and I can bring that to the meeting.
The purpose is to agree on the scope, a proposed program, accommodation and cost - with ideas from all about suggested or recommended changes to the program, particularly in terms of Regional Exchange and Ritsumeiken extended involvement (pseudo replacement for cultural exchange?).
